Public Spaces by BRV

BRV has partnered with the non-profit Fair Park First and facilities manager Oak View Group (formerly Spectra) to oversee day-to-day operations of Fair Park, a 277-acre park and cultural complex most known for being the host site of the State Fair of Texas. Beginning with an update to the park’s Master Plan, BRV is now responsible for activating the park’s historic landscapes with regular programming and events, as well as providing expertise in the development of a new signature Community Park within the campus.
