BRV analyzed and made recommendations for the redevelopment of a surface parking lot into an active urban park in the neighborhood around the University of Pittsburgh. This included recommendations for the physical design and programming of the park, the preparation of expense and revenue budgets, and suggestions for implementing the plan.

BRV was retained as a consultant following the delivery of the plan to assist in the final design and development of the new Schenley Plaza.
