BRV consulted Central Atlanta Progress on how to best turn around a troubled downtown park that had become dominated by the homeless and was perceived as dangerous. After extensive site observation, analysis, and interviews with stakeholders and potential park visitors, BRV made a number of recommendations for the park.

The recommendations included minor design changes and a comprehensive reprogramming of the park, many of which we’ve installed. BRV created annual expense and revenue budgets and provided guidance for governance and day-to-day management.
