Currie Park is a historically significant park in the Northwood neighborhood of West Palm Beach, but has been underused for some time. BRV partnered with local engineering and landscape architecture firm Chen Moore and Associates and national landscape firm OLIN to redevelop Currie Park.

BRV connected with local businesses and organizations to begin creating a densely-packed schedule of programs that will highlight the creative communities surrounding the park.

In addition, BRV developed operating budgets, continues to investigate revenue-generating assets for the park, advised on the park’s future governance stucture, and consulted on the selection of the future in-park restaurant operator.

Once the redevelopment is complete, which is slated for 2023, Currie Park will be a highly programmed public space that will connect Northwood to Downtown West Palm Beach.
