Biederman Redevelopment Ventures (BRV) is a placemaking consulting firm that creates, redevelops, and operates parks, plazas, and the public realm of mixed-use developments.

We work for real estate developers, government agencies, sports teams, and non-profit organizations (and often a combination of these) on revitalizing urban space and creating clean, safe, and active places that create value and stimulate economic development. The public spaces we operate are financially self-sustaining and don’t rely on government funds for operations.
